Creating separators for tag lists

Hi all intrepid Framers...

Does anyone know of a way to create a "separator", such as underline or
dashed line, to visually separate the tags in a paragraph tag or character
tag list. The tag names are organized by name AND it would be nice for the
user if there was a way to visually group them. I thought I had seen a tip
related to that some time ago and can't find it.

Thanks for any help ... even if it is "nope, not possible"!
