FM8 and Acrobat Pro 9

The PDF opened on the first try for me, using Acrobat 8 Professional (in IE7
browser window). I used PageDown to quickly view all 25 pages without
apparent problem.

You mentioned both Reader and Acrobat. Do you have both installed on the
same computer? If so, that may be your problem. Since version 6, Adobe has
insisted that no more than one version of Reader and/or Acrobat should be
installed on any one computer, due to possible conflicts. They do not 
support
such installations. If you have both on the same computer, or more than one
version of the same, you should uninstall them in reverse order, and then
reinstall only one copy of Acrobat or one copy of Reader.
