IXgen Apply Edited Marker List

Hello Framers

 

We are working on an Index with IXgen. 

 

I have a question about the "Apply Edited Marker List".

 

I can't find the exact procedure in the User Guide.

 

We have edited a list over a couple days. Now, we want to apply it.

 

We have deleted and added. 

 

If I want to apply all, do I have to highlight anything?

 

OUESTIONS

 

Do I put the List in the main folder where the Book is? We edited it
outside the folder.

 

Do I have to give it a special name?

 

Do I have to open all the files in the Book I want to apply the list to?

 

Do I open the List and then from the menu click - apply?

 

Sounds simple but is it right??
