What version of Frame to Get Started ?

Good Afternoon,

Dov Isaacs said (in reference to Framemaker):
"what is hawked on EBay is either pirated or
stolen goods."

Gosh, I am happy that you told me that.
I have seen Framemaker listed on EBay that stipulates
"installed on one machine, only" and other variants of this
statement.

So I did wonder about that (registration and installation)
and said to myself:
"Well how would you know?"

So unless that it was stated that "it is new" or Shrink-wrapped,
and that "it is returnable" I do not even consider reading more...
I recently saw a Ver 7.2 (on EBay) with an attractive price,
that I got excited about, until I read down into the Listing and it said
"Absolutely No Returns"...
So I said: "I don't think so !!!"

Regards

Peter
