"floating point not loaded"

Hi!
Could anyone help me with this problem? I opened an xml file downloaded
from our server, and this message prompted:

Program: C:\ProgramFiles\Adobe\Adobe FrameMaker 8\FrameMaker.exe 
R6002 
- floating point not loaded"

And the same happens whenever I open the structure view of any
structured FM file.
