Technical Writing Certificate

Sigh... Please forgive the grammatical blunder. I forgot to delete
"both" when I went back and added the certificate to the list of options
that MSU offers.

My alma mater, Michigan Technological University, offers an
undergraduate in Scientific and Technical Communication (which is what I
majored in many years ago...) and a Masters in Rhetoric and Technical
Communication.

Minnesota State University @ Mankato offers both a certificate,
undergraduate, and graduate program. What's unique is that they also
offer ONLINE programs in these areas.
