Missing registration marks

I wanted registration marks to appear on my PDF version of the Frame doc, and I specified them everywhere I could think of, but they aren't showing, even though I made sure Western was selected in both the Print Book dialog and the subdialog PDF Setup for Selected Files.

Anyone have an idea what's going on?
