"Anchoring" Callout Text to a Figure

Richard:

Good point about enlarging the anchored frame around the graphic, in
order to make room for the callouts. Also, good point about turning ON
View > Borders, and View > Text Symbols; it's always a good idea to
see these useful "infrastructure tools" while working in documents,
and, they don't appear in printed or PDF'd documents.
