Unstructured FM to DITA XML

Hi everyone,
 
Has anyone ever done a conversion from unstructured FM to DITA XML (using  
FM's paragraph tags, etc.)? If so, do you have a conversion table that I could  
use. (I figured it would be a few steps ahead of beginning the conversion 
table  from scratch.)
