Split table; add text after a table

If the goal is to split one existing table into two separate tables, the easiest
way to accomplish it is to make a duplicate of the original table by copying
and pasting the table's anchor symbol, then deleteing the unwanted rows
from each copy and modifying one or both of the table titles as appropriate.
This approach takes only a minute or two and requires no reformatting.
