Frame x-refs that wrap and work fine do not work in PDF

Paul,

It is most likely that what you see is indeed related to the TimeSavers 
settings of "Ignore duplicate markers". I suggest that you try turning it 
off, redistill and inspect the result.

If it is indeed the case, consider using the other workarounds mentioned to 
prevent a hypertext marker from being duplicated in the PDF.
