New Topic 1 _ Title out of aliignment

Hi All,
   Using FM 7.0, Acrobat Distiller 5.0, Vista Enterprise
 
   Please see attachment, why is this title not on the left margin?  
  
   I have continued to look for spacing or other marks, but I can't find anything. 
 
  Any comments?
