Converting from Word to FM9: Tables in Tables??

Alison,

One common way of setting this up in Frame is to create a (usually)
one row, two cell table. One cell, often with a hanging indent so that
it's visible in the margin, contains a symbol or graphic for
Notes/Cautions/Warnings. The other cell, usually set so that it runs
in margin with the body text, contains whatever unique information you
need to present.

The Icon cell usually contains a special paragraph tag (WarningIcon,
etc.) that calls the standard graphic from a storage area on a
Reference Page.

The Text cell contains a second paragraph tag (WarningText) that may
generate a bold lead-in or other typographic device that's controlled
by the paragraph tag's autonumbering setting. For instance, you can
set it to automatically generate the word Note, Caution, or Warning in
a contrasting font from what you'd type to explain it.

Cheers,
Art
