Create rollover text with FrameMaker

Hi all,
 
Is there any method of creating rollover text in a pdf generated from a
FrameMaker file? I can create mailto and url hypertext links (from
FrameMaker hypertext markers) that display the marker text as a
rollover, but is there any way to do this for normal text (i.e., without
the link being a url or mailto).
 
I can do this manually in the pdf files, but we are looking for an
automated solution.
 
We're currently using FrameMaker 7.x.
