List of Effective Sections

Ack! No, no -- there's a much better way to put two pgfs on one line:
Define the first pgf format as a Run-In Head (on Pagination tab of
Paragraph Designer) and set the its Default Punctuation appropriately
(probably just a space). The following pgf will be on the same line,
separated from the first by the Default Punctuation.
