Patches for FM9 in TCS2

Actually, the Adobe Technical Communication Suite 2 doesn't come on a CD but rather,
on two DVDs!

And no, Adobe is not releasing TCS2 to include the first set of FrameMaker 9 patches.
You will need to apply those yourself after installation.
