Table splitter framescript or plugin?

I'm looking for a framescript or plugin which can split up a table.
The idea would be that you put your cursor in a given cell and that
the table would be split in to two separate tables from that position
onwards (below current row).

Or something which could turn each row into a separate table would be
handy as well.

Anyone?
