No reason it shouldn't work... it should show up as an embedded object
or you can make a call to the video to run in its own player. There
would be a dependency on the viewer side to have Flash player
installed, but that's not a biggy and I believe the default is to go
and get it if a movie is clicked and it's not in place.

If I were you, I'd be looking at the Tech Comm Suite because it has
much better integration and native tools -- for instance, with
Captivate, which is Adobe's movie creation engine and outputs to Flash
as its native format. And once the movie's embedded, output is also
streamlined. So I'd be looking to simplify the process and use
already-built wheels instead of crafting my own.
