How to create CHM from NDOC

The FrameUsers list doesn't seem like a very appropriate forum for your
query since none of the tools involved is FrameMaker. If you get a useful
answer, it will only be by coincidence. You'd probably be a lot more
successful asking on the Techwr-l or HATT lists, since there are a lot more
help authors/developers on those lists.
