missing PDF chapter

Have you applied the Microsoft XP hotfix for printer/PDF issues? But it's
not just a Frame fix, it's for all PDFs.
Because you didn't supply any system details, it's hard to know if it'd
would apply, but it's the first, basic step to establish a baseline....
