Specific character tag breaks hyperlinks in structured FM

Hi group

I've got the following situation:

In my EDD, I've got a text format rule for my <xref> element to use a
character tag, for example <link>. When I set all the properties of my
<link> character tag to "As Is", the hyperlink works. When I change one of
the properties to something specific, for example Color:Blue or a specific
font family, the hyperlinks are broken.

Is this a known FrameMaker bug?
