Difficulty with Index Appearance

	Good evening fellow Frame Templars: 

	My setup here at JetBlue is simple:  WXP, Frame 8.0p277
(unstructured, but not for long) 

	Trying to get my index to "shape up" a little. 

	Here are some entries and what they look like:    

	121.135 - Manual Requirements, Manual contents
     .................1-16, 1-76, 1-113, 4-24, 10-3, 10-27,
 ......................................................10-28, 10-29 
	and    

	121.197 - Airplanes - Turbine engine powered - 
     Landing limitations - Alternate airports1-
 55, ........................................2-23, 2-43, 2-71 

	Here's what I WANT them to look like (or something like this):

	So my question: 

	Is there a methodology to use the reference pages to break out
chapter and page numbers to look the format I am seeking.  I work in
Queens New York, and unfortunately left a treasure chest of
information in my home office in Pennsylvania....not a good thing to
do. 

	Assistance and help would be most appreciated.
