FW: quotes rendered as question mark in FM9

Believe I discovered the cause of the problem. It seems to be patch p237, which also appears to cause some other reported problems like the Paragraph Designer sticking, etc. Ill-conceived patch. I uninstalled it and now everything seems to be fine.

I'm using FM9 and suddenly find that my single and double quotes key types a question mark. This issue is limited to FM9. Doesn't occur in FM8 or any other application, so I suspect I have inadvertently changed a keyboard mapping somewhere in FM9, but I can't find where. Any help appreciated. Thanks!
