Adding content in a DITA topic

Hi,

 

Using FrameMaker 9, I have created a DITA file of Concept type. I am able to
change Concept Title, but I am not able to add any content. When I press
'Enter' after the Concept Title, a context menu appears and none of the
elements listed in the context menu seems to be useful.

 

Please provide steps for adding content in a DITA topic.
