Adobe's upgrade rort

In the US versions I have laid my hands on there is the option of
several languages and, AFAIK, there is no difference between the
issues, but I have not bought anything more recent than 7.2.

For the main question: Have I ever talked about Big-Business-Feudal-System?

Dov, don't read this: The price difference between "feuds" (read:
countries) is a total discrimination and should be fought against by
the UN.

My 2p worth.
