converting RoboHTML files to Frame?

I don't think you can do any kind of direct import because it's highly
unlikely the HTML is any kind of structured, so the best you can hope
for is getting the raw material into unstructured Frame.
I'm not sure that 7 can open HTML files as anything but text, either.
Webworks/Quadralay used to have a utility program called something
like "Import Utility" that would take HTML and output a MIF or FM
file.
