If you go to Frameusers.com it basically says:

Dear Framers,

My apologies for the lack of updates to the website. We’ve had a full
revision of the site almost ready to go since January 2008. Since then, I’ve
been too busy with my day job to finish the update. The list is up and
running. I’ve got another 2 man-weeks required to bring the site live and I
plan on having it up by the end of 2008.

Until then, if you have any troubles with the list or have some great ideas
to add to the site, please let me know. I can be reached at one of the
