Cost of a basic FrameScript script

Hi all,
I'd like to have a script for importing graphics that are automatically defined as:
. shrink wrapped. under current line. left aligned. 1.5 cm from left margin
Who should I ask for having such script developed (if using a FrameScript for doing that is the best solution of course)? How much would it cost me?
