Not seeing the right RED in PDFs

Thanks to Mike Wickham for the quick reply and solution (set
GetLibraryColorRGBFromCMYK=None in maker.ini) and Phillip Sharman for
confirming the maker.ini change and pointing to the relevant Adobe
Knowledgebase article.
