Doesn't matter whether I run CleanImport from within the open .fm file, or if I select an .fm file from the Book file and then run CleanImport. Either way, Frame crashes. I am using Framemaker 7.1 in XP with SP3. Any ideas or suggestions welcome. I can also send you the text of the log file if you know how to interpret it. --Nancy
