Upgrading FrameMaker - IE Service Pack ?

For what it is worth, so far I've had luck with running Windows XP with
various service packs and using FM 7.2, 8, 9. I've just switched to Win7 (my
laptop died mid work...) and it is running all three with no issues as well.
I don't think that IE has any direct impact on FrameMaker at all, so you
should be good.

That's all completely "I hope that this is right" and there is about 0% of
any legit backing on this message ;)

Subject: Upgrading FrameMaker - IE Service Pack ?

All,

The Company is finally upgrading to Service Pack 3 soon, but staying on
IE version 6, until all application testing is completed. I believe FM
7 will error with SP2.

My question is - anyone aware of any problems of transferring
structured FM v7 files to FM v8 with those specs. Any possible template
errors? Anything to be prepared for?

Thanks in advance!
