FrameScript to convert table to paragraphs

Does anyone have an idea as to whether it's possible to write FrameScript 
that will convert a table to paragraphs? If so, what would that look like?

What I am trying to do is write a FrameScript that will open a document 
that contains only one table, and convert that table into paragraphs "Row 
by row".
