Arial Unicode query in FrameMaker

First thing, I'd update the two or more patches to get FM to p255, so
you're on the current release.

Then, I'd suspect that either importing a Word file or simply cutting
and pasting Word content into Frame may be problematic because some
Word characters may be coming along for the ride.

After you do either a Word import or a cut-and-paste, I'd SaveAs MIF,
then open and work from that file; saving as MIF should clean up any
extra characters....
