Fuzzy type on rebuilt system (Frame 6)

Two things I'd check:

1. Make sure your monitor resolution is set to the "native" resolution of 
your monitor. In other words, if the monitor is built with, say, 1920x1200 
pixels, setting some other resolution will give a less clear picture.

2. Right-click the desktop, choose Properties. On the Appearance tab, choose 
Effects. Do you need to change the "Use the following method to smooth edges 
of screen fonts" setting?
