R/W Rules for writing prefixes/suffixes to XML

Hi All,

I have a structured document with some prefixes and suffixes around some
elements. When I save the document to XML, I would like to write the
prefixes and suffixes to the XML. Are there any Read/Write rules to
accommodate this? Thank you very much.
