I too use Clickbook (http://www.bluesquirrel.com/products/clickbook/ ),
but a caveat is that it cannot handle EPS graphics properly -- you only
get the low-res preview. Clickbook can be set up to work with physical
printers (those with and without automatic duplexing) and with
Acrobat/Distiller. It is intended as an in-house imposition solution;
if you use a commercial print service, they should do the imposition for
you, or you should choose a more robust program like Quite Imposing
(http://quitesoftware.com/imposing/index.htm )
