Index Tools Professionals not updating markers -- Fixed

[Flato, Gillian]

Got the problem fixed with Steve's help (from Silicon Prairie). For
anyone whoever has this problem, go to your printer setup and switch
your printer from your default printer to the adobe PDF printer. Then
update the markers again and your index will update properly.
