Heya Hedley,

So, you got rich as a TW and retired early eh? :-) Congratulations!  You
didn't say anything about leaving the list, but you did mention burning the
bridges behind you. Well, after all, you've been on this list "only" 17
years (that I know of anyway). I just checked my archive (17.4K messages)
and in the 200 or so messages I have from you, I found a real oldie that I
thought might be worth posting.  Check the date on the message.  I'm sure
that many of the listmembers will find it interesting. More from me

Well, if you do leave the list, even though I've never met you face to face
(AU is a bit far from CA for that), it's been my pleasure knowing you and
exchanging messages all these years.  You've been one of the mainstays and
definitely one of the few I call "FM expert."  Good luck, enjoy your

Now that I am retired and no longer working as a technical writer, it's
time to clean out the cupboards, and burn the bridges behind me.

If you want a tutorial about learning to create XML structure
applications in FrameMaker, you might like to purchase a textbook used
in a class given by Allette Systems, Sydney, on creating EDDs and other
structure components.  It is called /'Applications Buildings with
FrameMaker+SGML'/. where the structured version of FrameMaker used to be
sold as an application separate from the unstructured version.
