FM9 Newbie looking for best self training tools

FWIW, there are 4 copies of FrameMaker 5.5.6 for Dummies on eBay for less
than $10. I didn't try the others, but in general, I've found that for most
instructional books, there's usually a way to get your hands on a used copy
somewhere.
