FrameScript menu disappearing

Hi all,

I'm running FM9 on Vista 64.

I downloaded WebWorks yesterday to perform some tests regarding an FM -> Confluence migration. Now, my FrameScript menu has disappeared and only Snag-It, Pubs-Tools (for the BookVars plugin), Tools (for Paragraph and Character Tools) and WebWorks menus are displayed. 

How can I easily manage such menus, for example to have the Snag-It menu (which I do not use) replaced by the FrameScript menu?
