FM9 and SDL Author Assistant: Has anyone used this?

I've downloaded a copy of SDL free Author Assistant (for use with FM9) but before I install it, I wondered if anyone has actually used this and if they would be willing to share their experience.

Although SDL is a very reputable company, I'm always leery of adding an unknown to a (currently) stable working environment - which is:

FM 9 Version: 9.0p250
Unstructured
OS: XP Pro with SP3
FM Experience: 11 months
Translation/Localization Management Experience: 11 years
Writing Team: 1 (me)
