Importing Flare files into Frame 7.2 or 8

Thanks to all who took time to answer. It turns out that Dave S. had the
winner.

I was able to create a new target in Flare that published the entire project
to Frame, creating a book, ToC and index on the way through. It's not
perfect perfect but has me way ahead of where I thought I was going to be in
this endeavour.
