"Color Definition / Print Setting... is inconsistent" error

Hello Listers,
 
Any ideas how I can overcome the following error? 
 
"Color Definition / Print Setting... is inconsistent.."
 
I know it can be ignored but this becomes a hindrance if I use a script to convert the FM files to pdf. 
 
Tried all possible suggestions available on the net but so far nothing helped me resolve the same.
 
Help/suggestions/workaround appreciated.
