batch processing to save as MIF

Hi Christine,

I use Bruce Foster's MifSave to batch save to MIF from the book.

Bruce has a number of plug-ins that I use.

What helped me was step 6, delete temp files (hidden files) from \Program
Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache
