You can define the autonumber format of the preceding paragraph format to reset the numbering. In your case, like this: 

B:< =0>

You could define your standard body text format to reset the numbering, or maybe some/all heading formats. It depends on your template design, how this numbering series is used, and whether you have other numbering series. In the online help or manual, look up autonumbering, and in particular using counters, for more information. 

With a bit of careful thought, you can have multiple numbered lists that are all automatically restarted when appropriate without needing special paragraph formats to restart the numbering.
