select all in Anchor Frame - error

Hello all,

Upgraded from FM 7 to 10 and I could be doing something wrong.

Has anyone experienced not having the ability to select all vector points (cgm) in an anchor frame?

XP Pro
FrameMaker 10 -(structured)
