FM 10 books

I always recommend Scriptorium.com's FM8 Reference work - its functionality is the same as FM10 (just the screens are outdated)

Are there any decent (or any at all) FM 10 books out there? We can't use online resources. If anyone knows of FM 10 books, please recommend them. I think I've seen the suggestion that FM 9 Classroom in a Book is a good way to go.
