Keyboard shortcuts - strange behaviour

Hi all

I tend to use shortcuts a lot in Framemaker 8 on PC - but have noticed for a while that if my mouse is hovering over the toolbars, they don't work! Move the mouse to the main body of text, they work fine!

Anyone else noticed this and is there anything I can do about it?
