Where to find documentation

The document:  ADOBE(r) FRAMEMAKER(r) 9 STRUCTURED APPLICATION DEVELOPER REFERENCE
gives reference to "Developer Guide, Chapter 18, Read/Write Rules and Their Syntax"

I've searched Adobe on my PC and on the website and have had no luck finding that document.

"For information on how to create a Read/Write rules file and on the syntax of rules, see Developer
Guide, Chapter 18, Read/Write Rules and Their Syntax"

Anybody out there have a clue where I can get it from?
