Custom cell spacing - SOLVED (sorta)

I just discovered this but it's only true of that particular table.
Apparently the only way to get the custom bottom cell margin to work
is to set the bottom table cell margin to 0.
Custom bottom cell margin works fine in other tables. Must be some
corruption.
